Executive Chef, Fred Cordonnier can meet with guests individually to discuss favorite foods, Irish recipes, or particular ingredients so that Ballyfin can best accommodate guests’ preferences. Bedroom rates per night start at €600.00 for a single room and range up to €1,400.00 for a suite. A full property take over is €14,500 per day. Nightly room rates are based on double occupancy – other than for the one single room - and are inclusive of daily breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, drinks from the minibar, and pre-dinner drinks reception and use of most on-site recreational facilities, VAT and gratuities.
