Janine Ellman Cifelli — President and CEO
Capitalizing on an impressive 24-year career of exclusively representing elite boutique hotels and private islands, Janine Cifelli now stewards her namesake representation company, which only represents world-class smaller properties ideal for the luxury traveler. Janine's past track record of successfully managing sales, marketing, public relations and reservations for properties like Palazzo Sasso, Necker Island, and Ulusaba Private Game Reserve has given her a niche for the small luxury hotel and resort market.
Anthony Cifelli — Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Anthony began his career in the hotel business with Americana Hotels in New York in 1984 and went on to focus on the corporate meetings market with sales positions at La Quinta Golf & Tennis Resort, Hyatt Hotels and Doral Golf & Tennis Resort. In 1989, he made the switch to the airline business and helped develop the corporate sales strategy at Virgin Atlantic Airways and was responsible for developing the US corporate and incentive market. He was additionally hired by Richard Branson to help build the exposure for his private island in the BVI called Necker Island.
Anthony's experience adds a corporate dimension to our sales efforts. He is also out looking for the best possible marketing situation for our clients within those agencies that are looking for an edge. He helps keep JCR up to date with rapid advances in technology, database management, digital marketing, website marketing and social networking.
Michele McGinley — Senior Account Manager
Michele began her career in New York providing travel marketing and public relations, for accounts such as the Turks and Caicos Tourist Board, Elegant Resorts of Barbados, The Empire Hotel, the Virginia Hotel and the Maidstone Arms. She later joined the American Dairy Association and Dairy Council providing marketing, public relations and crisis communications for the NYC region.
Michele's role is multifaceted. Her activities include setting travel schedules, assisting on media tours, coordinating sales and marketing materials and writing media copy.

Kait Daly — Social Media Manager
Kaitlin, known to most as "Kait", graduated with honors and a B.A. in public relations from Rowan University in Glassboro, NJ. As JCR's social media manager, one of her many roles includes developing and executing our social media strategy. Kait manages all social media channels and develops our clients' brand awareness through Facebook, Twitter and the Jaj of Travel blog.
